There are two new companies that have entered into the digital music space that have lables wondering and waiting for results. Qtrax has no monthly fee, but depends on advertising to cover the cost. Last.fm lets members stream a song up to three songs before it tries to upsell them by directing them to Amazon or iTunes or to its subscription service. Each model is still trying to find the best way to continue bring music to the consumer.
