Trying to help in the "Green Movement" , record labels are looking at other ways to package CD's besides in the well known jewel case.While some labels have started a enviromentally friendly series for certain releases, others are trying to figure out how to switch over and keep costs low. As of now, labels are researching and trying to find how to balance all the elements that go into a case so that they can produce a eco-friendly case that provides what a CD case needs for consumers, and for the protection of the CD.
