Sony BMG has seen some major changes recently regarding its company heads. Barry Weiss was just named chairman/CEO of BMG Label Group, replacing Clive Davis who was just named chief creative officer for Sony BMG Worldwide. Weiss will now oversee all BMG labels, and looks to consolidate RCA Label Group and Zomba. Along with these changes, Label Group President/COO Charles Goldstuck and Sony BMG COO Tim Bowen are leaving the company. Bowen's departure creates a void in responsibilities that still remains to be filled.
